4. Seeds

    • No refunds for failed germination or legal issues.

  • Access: Workshops/digital products are non-transferable and for personal use only.

  • No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of workshops, all sales are final. No refunds for any reason, including dissatisfaction or technical issues.

  • Liability: We are not liable for misuse of workshop content (e.g., illegal cultivation).

  • Orders: Offers are subject to stock availability. Orders are confirmed via email.

  • Pricing: Prices may change without notice.

    • All Sales Are Final: Due to the nature of our products, no refunds, returns, or replacements will be issued for:

    7.2 Custom-Made Products

    • Non-Returnable: All custom-made items (e.g., aprons, branded merchandise) are produced to your specifications. These products are exclusively made for you and cannot be resold. Therefore, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted.

    • Defects: If your custom product arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@seedtoweed.co.za within 7 days of delivery with photographic proof. We will, at our discretion, repair or replace the item.

    7.3 Legal Exceptions

    • This policy does not affect your statutory rights under South African consumer law (e.g., Consumer Protection Act, 2008).
